Processing Time:
All orders are made to order with care! Please allow 5–7 business days for production before your items ship. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking info once your order is on its way.

Shipping Methods & Rates:
We ship across the U.S. using USPS First Class or Priority Mail, depending on the size of your order.

• Standard shipping: 3–5 business days after processing

Local Pickup (Volusia County, FL):
If you're local to DeLand/Deltona, we offer free local pickup. Select the option at checkout and we’ll contact you when your order is ready.

Lost or Damaged Packages:
Once an item leaves our shop, it’s in the hands of USPS. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us ASAP and we’ll work with you to make it right.
